Dr. John C. Burtenshaw
Dr. Burtenshaw is an Idaho native; he grew up in the Idaho Falls area where he graduated from Bonneville High School. He received an Associate Degree at Brigham Young University, and then received his Bachelor’s degree from Idaho State University in Pocatello, ID. He went on to receive his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2003, from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. And continued on to Nova Southeastern University where he received his specialty training in Pediatric dentistry, and completed his residency at both the Miami Children’s Hospital and Joe DiMaggio’s Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Burtenshaw is just a big kid himself so when he’s not having fun with the children he treats locally, or traveling throughout the United States teaching and assisting other specialists in the Pediatric Industry. He loves to be with his wife Natalie and their four children taking family vacations, coaching little league baseball, spear fishing, golfing, traveling, and is still a strong Bonneville High School supportive for his graduating High School.
Dr. Burtenshaw is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists, the American Dental Association, and the Idaho State Board of Dentistry and is Board Eligible by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Kory Bingham, DDS
Dr. Kory is a pediatric dentist whose specialized training allows him to diagnose and treat the unique dental needs of infants, children and adolescents. He received his dental training at Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He also completed an additional one-year of advanced education in general dentistry while serving in the U.S. Army Dental Corps at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He is very proud of his service to his country. After his military service, Dr. Kory pursued the specialty of pediatric dentistry at the University of Nevada School of Dental Medicine in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Dr. Kory has many interests and hobbies. He serves as an adult leader in the Boy Scouts of America organization and is an Eagle Scout. His hobbies and interests include cycling, flying, snow skiing, restoring automobiles, and football. He finds a good college football game difficult to resist. He enjoys music and the performing arts. Dr. Kory’s all-time favorite activity is spending time with his family. He is active in local church activities with his wife, four daughters and son.

Dr. Tyler Parrish
Dr. Parrish and his family are excited to finally be back home in Southeast Idaho. He grew up in Rigby and graduated from Rigby High School. He attended Brigham Young University, where he received a degree in Biology with a minor in Russian. Following graduation, he attended The Medical University of South Carolina, where he earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine. He has been practicing in Iowa for the last 2 years where he received exceptional training in all aspects of dentistry, including implants, root canals, esthetics, orthodontics, and pediatric care. Dr. Parrish loves dentistry and believes that a healthy and pain free mouth is important for overall health. He spends over 100 hours per year on continuing education to provide the best care he can to his patients.
Dr. Parrish is beyond excited to call Idaho home again, because of the great outdoor activities that are hard to find anywhere else. When he isn’t working he loves to be with his beautiful wife Sheena and their 3 children going camping, mountain biking, skiing, fishing and taking family vacations. He loves playing and watching sports. After living in the South for 4 years he can’t pass up a great SEC college football game. Dr. Parrish is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and American Dental Association (ADA).
