Dr. Burtenshaw is an Idaho native; he grew up in the Idaho Falls area where he graduated from Bonneville High School. He received an Associate Degree at Brigham Young University, and then received his Bachelor’s degree from Idaho State University in Pocatello, ID.

Dr. McWhorter was born and raised as the 6th of 8 children in Texas. In 1985, he graduated from Atlanta High School in Atlanta Texas. He fulfilled a full-time mission, serving 2 years in Osaka, Japan, for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. After graduating from BYU, he attended dental school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, graduating in 1998. He then completed a two-year Pediatric Dental Residency at UMKC/Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, graduating in June of 2000.

Dr. Devin received a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Brigham Young University and then went on to receive his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
